How Do I Set A User To Bill Silently To A Specific Project?

In some cases all of a user’s activity is billed to the same project, so there’s no need for them to get popups and bill their usage.  Argos gives you the option to silently bill activity for certain users to a project. This is a setting that must be set at the group level, so it will be applied across all users for a given group.

1. Open Argos Manager and select “Users” tab on the left hand side
2. Right-click the user group you wish to bill silently and select “Properties”.
3. Select the radio buttons for “Automatic” and then “Silent To:”.
4. Select a project and status in the dropdowns for the group to be silently billed to and hit the “OK” button.
