Defining a Billing Period can simplify your reporting process. For example, if your billing period starts on the 25th of each month instead of the 1st, you can define it in the Argos Manager, and then use the predefined Billing Period date options in the Reports and Activity filters, rather than manually changing the dates each month. This is especially useful when using scheduled reports.
How to define a Billing Period
Open Argos Manager and click Settings along the left hand side.
On the General Tab Check the Billing period starts on: box.
Choose the date of the month that corresponds with the beginning of your billing period from the drop-down menu.
Two new options will appear in the date drop-down menu in the filter section when accessing the Reports or Data tab within Argos Manager.
