Occasionally our customers will have difficulty opening Argos Manager because the server has been upgraded to a later version of Argos than what is running on their workstation.
If the Argos database on your server has been upgraded and your workstation's Manager is still at the old version, you’ll see this message:
Database version mismatch. Supported version: 'x.xxx' Actual version: 'x.xxx'
In this case, you’ll just need to browse to
\\YourServer\ArgosInstallers and run Setuplauncher.exe from the workstation that requires an upgrade. This will prompt the upgrade for your Manager and then you should be able to open it successfully.
