How to Remove Printers or Users

Printers and Users that have not been used to bill activity can be removed by right-clicking and selecting 'Remove'. To remove Printers or User accounts the billing records listing them must be archived first.

It should be noted that Users in the Unlicensed group will need to be moved out of that group prior to removal in order for their records to be viewed in the Data section and archived.

After all job records for the Printers and Users have been archived, follow the steps listed below to remove the Printer or User account. 



  1. Right click the printer you want to remove.
  2. Click the Remove... button.


  1. Right click the user you want to remove.
  2. Click the Remove... button.

If the Printer or User was used to bill activity, the following messages will appear

The device/users can not be removed because it is referenced bt one or more objects. See below for details.
