Canon PRO and TX Series: Enabling the Job History Sending Setting

Canon iPF PRO series printers require a minor configuration change in order to create the necessary logs for tracking through Argos Canon iPF integration.

From the panel of your iPF PRO printer, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Device Settings"
  2. Click "Device User Settings"
  3. Log in with administrative rights
  4. Click "Job History Sending Setting"
  5. Change from "Do Not Send" to "Send"

This affects the following models:

  • Canon iPF PRO-2000
  • Canon iPF PRO-4000
  • Canon iPF PRO-4000S
  • Canon iPF PRO-6000S
