Canon iPF PRO series printers require a minor configuration change in order to create the necessary logs for tracking through Argos Canon iPF integration.
From the panel of your iPF PRO printer, follow these steps:
- Click on "Device Settings"
- Click "Device User Settings"
- Log in with administrative rights
- Click "Job History Sending Setting"
- Change from "Do Not Send" to "Send"
This affects the following models:
- Canon iPF PRO-2000
- Canon iPF PRO-4000
- Canon iPF PRO-4000S
- Canon iPF PRO-6000S
