Canon iPF PRO series printers require a configuration change in order to create the necessary logs for tracking through Argos Canon iPF integration.
From the panel of your iPF PRO printer, follow these steps:
- Log in with administrative rights
- Click "Device User Settings"
- Click "Job History Sending Setting"
- Change from "Do Not Send" to "Send"
