How To Determine Your Ricoh Java version

The version of Java running on Ricoh MFP devices can be found in the web image monitor interface.

1. Enter the IP address of the Ricoh MFP into a web browser. Select Device Management - Configuration.                                                                                                                                                                             
2. In the Configuration window, Extended Feature Settings section, click Extended Feature Info                                                         
3. The Java version will be listed under JavaTM Platform in the Version column
