In some cases, Argos OnBoard for Xerox cannot accurately tracking print activity when Xerox print drivers have certain port settings. The following steps will ensure that Xerox print activity is tracked correclty.
1) Open Windows print driver settings
2) Click "Ports" tab
3) Click "Configure Port..."
4) Set Protocol to "LPR"
5) Set LPR Settings > Queue Name to "lp"
If the print driver protocol is set to "Raw", Xerox Network Accounting may not correctly capture the username or filename from the print job.
