The Oce Controller must be configured to require users to enter their PIN code when making copies, scans or reprints.
- Access Account Logic on your Oce Controller via http://YOUROCEIPADDRESS/AccountLogic.html
- Click "Administration"
- Type your System Administrator or Key Operator password to log in (default passwords are SysAdm or KeyOp, if you do not know your password, contact your Oce technician)
- Leave the Océ Account Console host address blank. Argos does not require Account Console to be installed.
- Under "Copying and Scanning", choose "Entering account information is required"
- Check "The scanner always locks when switched on"
- Check "The scanner locks when the scanner panel timeout expires"
- Under Printing>Print Jobs in the 'Waiting jobs', choose "Entering account information is required"
- Under Printing>Print Jobs in the 'Printed jobs', choose "Entering account information is required"
- Under "Print Jobs with Account Info", click "Allow '0' value for User ID and Account ID"
- Scroll to the bottom and click "OK"
