Uninstalling the Argos Macintosh Client


You need to have mounted a copy of Sepialine.dmg. See Installation for instructions on procuring and mounting this disk image.


  1. Open the Sepialine disk image.
  2. Navigate to the Extras folder.
  3. Open Terminal. This can be reached either by opening Spotlight by clicking on the magnifying glass on the menu bar and typing Terminal or by navigating to /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app.
  4. Drag uninstall.sh from the Extras folder onto the Terminal window.
  5. Press enter.
  6. Enter the Administrator's password when prompted.

If you wish to verify that the Agent has been successfully uninstalled navigate to the /Applications folder and check that Sepialine Desktop Billing Client.app does not appear. This should not normally be necessary.


You may see some of the following messages printed to the Terminal window. These are expected and can be ignored.

  • launchctl: Error unloading: com.sepialine.BillingClient
  • No matching processes were found
  • launchctl: Couldn't stat("/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.sepialine.BillingClientLoader.plist"): No such file or directory
  • No matching processes were found

Sepialine.dmg is part of the Argos installation package, which is typically found at c:\Argos7Installers on your server. Sepialine.dmg will be in the "Mac" folder.
