Phone Tracking - 3CX

3CX phone records are retrieved from a network folder. 3CX logging should be set up using single file format - one file per record. 

  1. Enter the log file folder location in the "per call logs folder path" field
  2. If client codes will be entered on the phone keypad, click "Pre-bill jobs". 
  3. Click OK
