Deltek CSV import error "Invalid Text File Name, please select a file"

When importing a CSV file into Deltek Vision, the error below may appear:

To resolve the error, when browsing to the file location use a mapped drive (C:\) instead of a UNC path (\\Server_Name\Folder\File.csv).
